WHAT DOES K4E CONSIST OF?
From the presentation of an idea and its subsequent selection, we will provide all kinds of advice for the constitution of the startup, in the legal, economic, financial, technological, marketing, etc. fields.
What is our goal?
It is to ensure that those who have an idea and are experts in it, do not have to focus on the rest of the procedures, but delegate the rest of the areas to DLQ so that they can focus exclusively on the development and materialization of their idea.
Entrepreneurs who join the K4E project can focus their activity on the business part of the company and, in exchange for shares in the business, DLQ takes care of all the legal procedures, finding public and private funding for the implementation of the project, the network of professional contacts, hosting a common space for entrepreneurship and networking; in short, working for the success of entrepreneurs.
In what context is it born?
The approval of Law 28/2022, of December 21, on the promotion of the start-up ecosystem, represents a great opportunity for entrepreneurship by generating a series of benefits and tax advantages, among others, that end up creating a favorable climate for putting a business idea into practice.
INCENTIVES for startups
Greater incentives are contemplated for "serial" entrepreneurship. The founding partners of startups embarking on new projects will be able to benefit unlimitedly from the benefits of the Law.
RURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Rural entrepreneurship is promoted, launching pilot projects in rural environments and aligning the initiatives foreseen in the Law with the Intelligent Rural Territory. It is a project that foresees the incorporation of new technologies in areas such as agriculture, livestock, urban planning or the environment of the villages.
GREATER FLEXIBILITY
The requirements are made more flexible and the possibility of retaining talent that completes their studies to seek employment in Spain is incorporated.
DIGITAL NOMADS
A special Digital Nomad visa is created for holders who work for themselves or for employers anywhere in the world on national territory.
